Gone in 60 Seconds Movie Review - Buy Movies - Rent Movies

Although not destined for the same cult status as the original 1974 cult hit this movie is nevertheless entertaining. A retired master car thief must come out of retirement and steal 50 cars with his crew in one night to save his brother's life. It's welcome release from the tired car chase genre.

A great film, full of cars, fast driving and stealing. A great plot, full of stars, including Vinnie Jones in a non speaking role. The film revolves around stealing 50 cars in one night to order. It has to be done to save the star of the shows little brother.

Fast action, with great cars and a good story line. The last car is a real problem, and does he make it? The film is great, a little old now, but is available on both video and DVD. The time limit adds suspense to the film as the clock ticks down and they are running short on time. They get very close to completing the task, but do they save his brother from being killed? Watch it and see...

The film is a good vehicle for Nicolas Cage

who plays Randall "Memphis" Raines and there's plenty of Brit involvement with Vinnie Jones (The Sphinx), Christopher Eccleston (Raymond Calitri) and Delroy Lindo (Detective Roland Castlebeck).

(Angelina Jolie) aka Laura Croft puts in the token girlfriend performance as Sarah 'Sway' Wayland.
